Solemn Novena formed in Belfast, N.Ireland in early 2006, with a mission of creating guitar orientated Gothic Rock, no techno bleepy influences or metal posturing for these guys, oh no. This had to be straight down the middle goth, just like the 90s had never happened...or this century either...

Faerytale - Video

New line-up, new site!
Solemn Novena is now a more streamlined trio, consisting of Louise on lead vocals, Marc on guitar/vocals, and Stuart on bass. We have been busy working on a bunch of new songs, and also recording demos of a select few, which will be revealed to the masses in the very near future! We are all very excited about giving everyone something new to be in complete thrall to!! Many thanks to Megatron for his much valued contribution to the band in the last year!
